Since their first endeavour to provide the news digitally in 2005, to creating one of the first major responsive websites North of 60 in 2011, we've been working with Yukon News to regularly refine the user experience. The first major relaunch of the site in 2009 won a Ma Murray Community Newspaper award for best website and online innovation, and has continued to do so for five years running. Responding to the steady increase in mobile readership, we unveiled a second major redesign of yukon-news.com—this time as a fully responsive site that looks great from your desktop to your tablet.

Yukon News always strives to bring the news to the people wherever and however they want it. The inclusion of a commenting platform for public discussion and Classifieds submission tools keep the audience engaged in the discussion, while a premium advertising platform for maximizing revenue and full analytic integration for statistics and performance reporting keep the Yukon News both profitable and informed enough to stay that way.
